I am so proud of everyone who joined our free A-T-T-A-C-K Challenge. It’s not too late, be a part of the inspiring stories on our Facebook Event, support on line, in classes and between all of our members and fans. I am proud to say that I have been A-T-T-A-C-K-ing my goals – my members remind me to foam roll , I am on track with my meal plan (I have to admit that the social media aspect is a little tough for me considering I run a business). I am making big steps in only 8 days to improve this.

Our F4F staff had a very difficult time choosing the inspirational winner since there were so many great stories. Each staff member reviewed the Challengers stories and selected a winner. Our selection was unanimous.

Rebecca’s A-T-T-A-C-K fan post
“When I read about how to win the fan of the week I thought I can’t do this, I am no where near where I want to be with my weight and in some strange way I wouldn’t want to sound like I am bragging. Listening to Trina Medves at Stroller Fitness today, she clarified that what we are doing is stating something positive about our goals. I was driving home after class and I realized how hard that actually is. I spend more time telling myself what I can’t do… Can’t fit into.. Don’t look good in… Rather than what I can do… Fit into… Look good in.. Reaching the goal of pre-baby weight isn’t going to happen overnight. I decided that stating something positive may help me reach my goal.
So hear goes my positive for the week: my goal heading up north last week (a goal I told no one… just kept it to myself) was to stay the same weight or loose some. I knew that was unlikely being surrounded by chips, snacks, desserts etc. but I did it! Lost a pound. Was happy (yet in the back of my head was already thinking why didn’t I loose more). So today I stop that thinking and will just be proud of saying no to snacks (most of the time) and being active and loosing a pound. Be proud of yourself and share a positive…..phew that was a long entry” – Rebecca Leigh Pearce
